Managing websites

View, open, add and delete the websites in your workspace.

What this page is for

The Websites (Sites) list shows every website connected to Tuurbo AI inside the selected workspace. From here you open a site to work on it, add a new one, or remove one you no longer need.

What you can do

See all your sites with their favicon and status.
Search sites by domain.
Open a site and land automatically on the right screen.
Add a new site.
Delete a site.
See if a site has a pending offer or a subscription badge.

Opening the site list

From Workspaces, click the workspace you want to work in.
You land on the Sites list for that workspace.
From the user menu you can also use Your sites or See all sites to reach this list, and Back to your sites to return to it from anywhere.

Understanding smart routing

Tuurbo AI does not always take you to the same place when you click a site: it decides the most useful screen for that site's current situation.

Click a site in the list.
If the site is fully set up, you land on its Dashboard.
If the site's setup is not finished, you land back inside the setup wizard, at the step where you left off.
If there is a pending offer to accept for that site, you land on the offer page instead.

Adding a new site

Click Add site.
Follow the setup wizard: brand details, connecting your store or importing a catalog, Knowledge, optimizations, plan and billing, installation.
Once finished, you are taken to the new site's Dashboard.

Deleting a site

Deleting a site is permanent and removes its data from Tuurbo AI.

Find the site in the list and open its options.
Choose the delete action.
Type the confirmation text exactly as requested.
Confirm; the site is removed from the list.

Deleting a site does not automatically cancel its subscription. Check Billing to make sure there is no active subscription left running for a site you deleted.

Searching and filtering

Use the search field above the list to filter sites by domain name; this is especially useful if your workspace has many sites.

Tips

Give sites recognizable names or domains so they are easy to find in a long list.
If a site shows a pending offer badge, open it to review the offer before it expires.
Switching workspace (from the user menu) changes which sites you see here.

Common problems

Problem	What it means	What to do
A site's badges (offer, subscription) do not appear	A secondary piece of information failed to load, but the site itself still shows	Reload the page; the main list still works even if a badge is missing
Clicking a site sends me to a wizard I already completed	The site's setup was interrupted, or a required step is still pending	Complete the missing step in the wizard
I can't find "Delete" for a site	You may not have the necessary role in that workspace	Ask a workspace owner or admin to remove the site, or to grant you the right role
The confirmation text I type is rejected	It must match the requested text exactly	Copy the exact text shown and paste it, checking for spaces
