Tuurbo AI

Supported ecommerce platforms

Which CMS and ecommerce platforms Tuurbo AI can connect to, their status and capabilities.

Overview

Tuurbo AI connects to your store or website through Connectors. Each connector represents a CMS or ecommerce platform. Once connected, Tuurbo can read your product catalog and content, and can propose changes such as updated descriptions, images, or SEO tags that you approve before they go live.

This page lists every platform in the connector catalog, whether it is currently available or coming soon, and what each connector can do.

What you can do

  • See at a glance which platform you should connect based on what your store or website runs on.
  • Understand the difference between platforms that support full ecommerce catalog management and those that only support blog content.
  • Know which platforms are marked Coming soon so you can plan around them (for example, by using a CSV import in the meantime).

If your platform is not listed or shows Coming soon, you can still get started by uploading your product catalog as a CSV file, either during Creating a new site or later from the Ecommerce section.

How to connect a platform (step by step)

  1. Open Connectors from the side menu.
  2. Search or browse by category until you find your platform's card.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Follow the flow for your platform:
    • Shopify, Wix: you are sent to the platform's own login screen to authorize Tuurbo, then brought back automatically once approved.
    • WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop: you install a small plugin or module on your site (Tuurbo shows you the admin URL and download link), and Tuurbo checks automatically until the connection is detected. You can also switch to entering API credentials manually if you prefer not to install a plugin.
    • Magento: enter your store URL and the API credentials from your Magento admin (access token, consumer key and secret, access token secret).
  5. Once the connection succeeds, the card shows Connected and the platform's actions become available in Ecommerce and in the AI Consultant.

Option explanations

CapabilityWhat it means
EcommerceTuurbo can read and update your product catalog (titles, descriptions, images, attributes).
BlogTuurbo can read and update blog posts and articles on the same platform.

Tips

  • If your platform offers both a plugin-based and a manual (API key) connection, the plugin method is usually faster and keeps itself up to date automatically.
  • Tuurbo notifies you inside Connectors when a newer version of its WordPress/WooCommerce plugin is available; keeping it updated avoids sync issues.
  • You can disconnect or reconfigure a connector at any time without losing your existing content.
