Overview

Beyond ecommerce platforms and Google products, Tuurbo AI can connect to specialized market-intelligence tools, a CRM, and workflow/notification apps. These connectors give your AI Consultant and your automations more context about your market, competitors, and let you route results into the tools your team already uses.

What you can do

• Connect market-intelligence connectors (SEO and competitor analysis tools) so the AI Consultant and automations can factor in keyword, ranking and competitor data.
• Connect Salesforce as a CRM connector (currently marked coming soon) to eventually bring customer and lead data into your automations.
• Connect a Discord channel via webhook to receive automated notifications from Tuurbo, such as when an automation completes or needs your approval.
• Combine these with Google Workspace connectors so automations can push results directly into Sheets, Docs or Slides for your team.

Market-intelligence connectors

Tuurbo includes a group of connectors dedicated to market and competitor intelligence:

Availability of some of these connectors may vary; check their card in Connectors for current status. Where a connector requires an account with the external service, you will be asked to provide the relevant API key during setup.

How to connect a market-intelligence connector

1. Open Connectors.
2. Filter or search by the connector name (for example "Semrush").
3. Click Connect.
4. Enter the API key or credentials required by that service (obtained from your account with that provider).
5. Once connected, the AI Consultant can use this data when you ask market or competitor-related questions, and automations can incorporate it into their proposals.

CRM: Salesforce

Salesforce is included in the connector catalog as a CRM integration. It uses the same secure sign-in flow as other major platforms: you are redirected to Salesforce to authorize the connection, then returned automatically to Tuurbo.

Salesforce is currently marked Coming soon; you will see the connector card in the catalog, but connecting it may not yet be available on your account. Check back or contact support for the latest availability.

Discord notifications

The Discord connector lets Tuurbo send automated messages to a channel in your Discord server using a webhook.

How to set it up

1. In Discord, create or choose a channel, then generate a webhook URL from that channel's integration settings.
2. In Tuurbo, open Connectors and find the Discord card.
3. Click Connect and paste the webhook URL when prompted.
4. Save. Tuurbo will now be able to post notifications to that channel.

Tips

• Keep API keys for market-intelligence tools up to date; an expired key will stop the related data from refreshing.
• Use Discord notifications for time-sensitive events, such as an automation waiting for your approval, so your team doesn't miss it.
• Combine market-intelligence connectors with Google Workspace connectors so competitive reports can be automatically exported to a shared spreadsheet or document.

Limits

• Connecting a market-intelligence tool or CRM does not use AI credits by itself; credits are consumed when the AI actually generates content or analysis using that data.
• Plan-based access to specific connectors, especially ones marked coming soon, may vary and is not always shown explicitly in the interface.
