Google (Search Console, Analytics, Workspace)
How Tuurbo AI integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Workspace apps.
Overview
Tuurbo AI connects to several Google products to power your analytics, reporting and automations. Google integrations fall into three groups: Google Search Console and Google Analytics (for measuring your traffic and search visibility), and Google Workspace apps (for productivity, used by automations to create and share documents).
What you can do
- Connect Google Search Console so Tuurbo can show your search rankings, clicks, impressions and keyword positions.
- Connect Google Analytics so Tuurbo can show sessions, bounce rate, session duration and other traffic metrics.
- Connect Google Workspace apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Slides) so your AI Automations can create spreadsheets, documents, presentations, send emails or add calendar events on your behalf.
- Use different Google accounts for different integrations if needed.
Google Search Console and Google Analytics
These two integrations feed the metrics shown in your Dashboard and in Reports. They are independent of each other, meaning you can connect a different Google account for each one.
How to connect
- Go to Knowledge (or Settings, since the same page is available there).
- In the Google integrations section, find the Google Search Console or Google Analytics card.
- Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that manages that property.
- When prompted, choose the exact site or property you want to link from the picker window.
- The card now shows Connected along with the linked account.
- To switch accounts or properties, click Disconnect first, then repeat the connection with the new account.
What happens after connecting
- Your Dashboard starts showing real traffic, click, impression, position and session data instead of empty placeholders.
- Your Reports can include this data in scheduled and shareable reports.
- The AI Consultant can read this data (read-only) to answer questions and suggest actions.
Google Workspace
Google Workspace connectors let your automations produce real documents and communications instead of just proposing text inside the chat.
| App | What it's used for |
|---|---|
| Google Sheets | Automations can create or update spreadsheets, for example exporting product lists or performance data. |
| Google Docs | Automations can generate documents, such as reports or content drafts. |
| Gmail | Automations can send emails on your behalf, subject to your approval. |
| Google Drive | Automations can store and organize generated files. |
| Google Calendar | Automations can add events or reminders. |
| Google Slides | Automations can build presentations, for example for campaign proposals. |
How to connect
- Go to Connectors.
- Find the Google Workspace app you want (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Slides).
- Click Connect and sign in with the Google account you want that app connected to.
- You can connect multiple Google Workspace accounts to the same project if different apps need different accounts.
Every write action from an automation (sending an email, creating a document, etc.) is proposed first and only runs after you approve it. Nothing is sent or created automatically without your confirmation.
Tips
- Use a Google account that you control long-term (not a personal, temporary account) for Search Console and Analytics, since disconnecting and reconnecting requires repeating the property selection.
- If your Dashboard cards stay empty, double-check that the correct property (not just the correct account) was selected in the picker.
- You do not need any Google integration to start using Tuurbo; they simply unlock richer analytics and automation capabilities.
Limits
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics are independent connections; connecting one does not automatically connect the other.
- Each Google Workspace app is connected separately, so you may need to repeat the connection step for each app you want to use.
Common problems
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Dashboard shows no data after connecting | Confirm the right property/site was selected in the picker, and that the Google account has access to it. |
| Connection seems to fail silently | Try disconnecting and reconnecting, making sure to complete the full Google sign-in and permission screen. |
| Automation can't send an email or create a document | Check that the relevant Google Workspace app is connected under Connectors. |
