Manage your personal details, password, theme, language and how to reach support.

What this section is for

Your personal account settings live apart from the site and workspace settings: your name and email, your password, your visual theme and language, and quick access to support.

What you can do

View and update your personal details.
Change your password.
Switch between light, dark or system theme.
Change the interface language.
Reach support directly from your account.
Delete your account, if you decide to leave.

Updating your personal details

Go to Settings and open the Account info section.
Review your name, email and other personal details.
Edit the fields you need to change.
Click Save.

Changing your password

Go to Settings and open the password section.
Enter your current password (if requested) and your new password.
Confirm the new password.
Save; you may be asked to log in again on other devices.

Changing theme and language

Go to Settings and open Preferences, or use the theme/language controls in the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
For theme, choose Light, Dark, or System (matches your device's setting automatically).
For language, choose your preferred interface language.
The change applies immediately, no save button required.

Getting support from your account

Go to Settings and open the Support section.
Follow the instructions there, or go to Contact us for every channel available.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings and find the account deletion option.
Read the warning carefully: this action removes your personal access and cannot be undone.
Confirm following the steps shown, which may include a second confirmation.

Deleting your account does not automatically delete workspaces or sites you own together with other people. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, make arrangements (such as transferring ownership or cancelling subscriptions) before deleting your account.

Tips

Use a strong, unique password and change it if you suspect it has been exposed.
If you switch language, all menus and this documentation switch to match, where available.
The "System" theme option is useful if you already have a preferred light/dark setting on your device or browser.

Common problems
