AI Automations (campaigns)
Enterprise onlyCreate and manage recurring AI campaigns, review their execution history, and control scheduling.
What are AI Automations
AI Automations is the section where you create and manage recurring campaigns that Tuurbo AI runs on your behalf: automated actions such as content updates, marketing pushes, or scheduled tasks that repeat over time without you having to start them manually every time.
Every automation is transparent: you can always see what it did, when it ran, and what the outcome was.
What you can do
- See the list of all automations configured for your site, with their current status.
- Create a new automation with the Campaign Wizard, a guided step-by-step flow.
- Open an automation to see its configuration, run history, and scheduling status.
- Pause, resume, or delete an automation.
Viewing your automations
- Open AI Automations from the side menu.
- You will see a list of existing automations, each showing a status (for example active, paused, or completed).
- Click any automation to open its detail page.
Creating a new automation with the Campaign Wizard
- From AI Automations, click the button to start a new automation.
- Step 1, Goal: choose the objective of the campaign (for example promoting a product, re-engaging visitors, or another marketing goal).
- Step 2, Targeting and content: define who or what the automation should focus on, and the type of content or action it should produce.
- Step 3, Scheduling: choose how often the automation should run (for example once, or on a recurring basis).
- Step 4, Summary: review everything and confirm to create the automation.
The wizard guides you through each step in order; you can go back at any point before confirming.
Automation detail page
Opening an automation shows you:
- Configuration: the settings you chose when creating it.
- Execution history: a log of each time the automation ran, so you can check what happened.
- Scheduler status: whether the automation is currently active, paused, or waiting for its next run.
From this page you can also:
- Adjust parameters if you need to change how the automation behaves.
- Pause an automation to temporarily stop it without deleting it.
- Reactivate a paused automation.
- Delete an automation you no longer need.
Tips
- Start with a simple automation to understand how the run history and status reporting work before creating more complex campaigns.
- Check the execution history regularly, especially right after creating a new automation, to confirm it is behaving as expected.
- Pausing is reversible and safe; deleting is not, so use pause first if you are unsure.
Limits and things to know
- The exact rules for how often an automation can run, and what happens if a run fails, are refined over time; the interface always shows you the latest status so you are never left guessing.
- Automations may depend on connected data sources (for example your product catalog or connected platforms); make sure the relevant connectors are set up so the automation has what it needs.
Common problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The automation does not appear as expected | Make sure you completed all steps of the Campaign Wizard and confirmed at the end. |
| An automation is stuck or not running | Open its detail page and check the scheduler status and execution history for details. |
| I cannot find a past result | Check the execution history on the automation's detail page, which keeps a log of past runs. |
