What is the managed setup add-on

The managed setup add-on is an optional service where the Tuurbo AI team configures your account for you: connecting your store or CMS, importing your catalog, setting up optimizations and getting the installation script live on your site. It is designed for teams who want a working setup without doing the technical steps themselves.

This add-on is only available to accounts whose plan includes access to managed setup. If you don't see it as an option, contact support to check your plan.

What you can do

Hand over the technical setup of a new site to the Tuurbo AI team instead of completing the wizard yourself.
Get your connector (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, PrestaShop, Wix, etc.) configured correctly on the first attempt.
Have your product catalog imported and your SEO/GEO optimizations enabled by people who know the platform well.
Free up your own time or your developer's time during onboarding.

What is included

A managed setup typically covers:

Connecting your website's platform (CMS or e-commerce) to Tuurbo AI.
Importing your product catalog or content.
Configuring the optimization modules relevant to your site (SEO, GEO/AEO, performance, accessibility).
Installing and verifying the Tuurbo AI script or plugin on your site.
A final check to confirm everything is collecting data correctly.

Exact scope and turnaround time can vary and are confirmed with you directly by the Tuurbo AI team when you request the add-on.

How to request the managed setup add-on

Go to your workspace and open Add site, or open an existing site's settings if you want managed setup for a site you already created.
Look for the managed setup option during the plan/checkout steps, or in the add-ons section of your billing settings.
Select the managed setup add-on and confirm.
Provide the access details the Tuurbo AI team needs (for example, admin access to your store or CMS, or a technical contact who can grant it).
The Tuurbo AI team completes the configuration and confirms with you when the site is ready.
Once complete, you can access your site's Dashboard as normal, with everything already configured.

Options

Managed setup can be added when creating a new site, or requested afterwards for a site that is already active.
You can still make changes yourself after the managed setup is complete; it is a starting point, not a lock on your configuration.

Tips

Prepare login details or access credentials to your store/CMS in advance to speed up the process.
Tell the team about any specific goals (e.g. "I mainly care about product content" or "SEO is my priority") so they can prioritize the right optimizations first.
If you already have a Knowledge base of documents you want Tuurbo AI to use, have them ready to share during setup.

Common problems

I don't see the managed setup add-on as an option. This add-on depends on your plan. Contact support to check whether your plan includes it or how to add it.

Setup is taking longer than expected. Managed setup depends on the Tuurbo AI team receiving the access and information they need from you. Check for any pending request from them.

I want to change something the team configured. You can adjust any setting yourself afterwards from the relevant section (Ecommerce, SEO Automation, Performance, Accessibility, etc.); managed setup does not restrict your own access.
