Tuurbo AI

Knowledge / Data sources

What to upload (brand, catalog, market context), supported formats and sync status.

What Knowledge is for

Knowledge is where you give Tuurbo AI the context it needs to understand your brand, your products and your market. The more information you provide here, the more precise and on-brand the content generated by the AI Consultant and the automations will be.

Knowledge is optional. You can use Tuurbo AI even without uploading anything here, but the quality and relevance of AI-generated content will improve significantly once you do.

What you can do

  • Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics to bring your traffic and search data into Tuurbo.
  • Upload documents and files to build your Documents & Knowledge Base.
  • Check the sync status of everything you have uploaded.
  • Import a product catalog in bulk through a CSV file (mainly used during the initial site setup).

Step-by-step: setting up your Knowledge

  1. Open Knowledge from the side menu.
  2. (Optional) Connect Google Search Console: click Connect, complete the Google sign-in, then choose the property that matches your site from the picker.
  3. (Optional) Connect Google Analytics the same way: click Connect, sign in with Google, then select the correct property.
  4. (Optional) Go to the Documents & Knowledge Base section and either drag and drop your files or select them from your device.
  5. Once uploaded, Tuurbo shows you the total count and size of your files, followed by their synchronization status.
  6. Repeat whenever you have new brand guidelines, product information or market research to add.

What to upload

Tuurbo AI organizes what to upload into three priorities, shown as an easy accordion guide inside the page:

  1. Brand and voice , brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, mission and positioning statements. This helps the AI write content that sounds like you.
  2. Products and catalog , product sheets, technical specifications, pricing logic, anything that describes what you sell.
  3. Market context , competitor information, target audience descriptions, market research, seasonal campaigns.

Options

Tips

  • Start with brand and voice documents: they have the broadest impact on the tone of everything Tuurbo generates for you.
  • Keep your uploaded documents up to date; outdated pricing or product information can lead to inaccurate AI suggestions.
  • If you manage a large catalog, prefer the CSV import during onboarding rather than uploading individual product files here.
  • Connecting both Google Search Console and Google Analytics gives you the most complete picture in your Dashboard and reports.

Common problems

My uploaded files stay in a "syncing" state for a long time. Large files can take a while to be indexed. If the status does not change after a long period, try re-uploading the file or contact support.

I cannot find the property I need when connecting Google Search Console or Google Analytics. Make sure you are signing in with the Google account that actually has access to that property in Google's own tools. You may need to add access there first.

Do I need to connect Google or upload documents before I can use Tuurbo? No. Every part of Knowledge is optional. Tuurbo AI works without it, but connecting your data sources and adding brand context will make AI-generated content noticeably better.
