Google Workspace & market-data connectors

What these connectors add

Beyond your online store, Tuurbo AI can connect to the productivity tools your team already uses and to external market-data sources. These connectors let your AI Consultant create documents, send emails, update spreadsheets, schedule events, build presentations, pull in competitor and keyword data, and post notifications, always as automations you review and approve.

What you can do

• Connect one or more Google Workspace accounts (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Slides) to the same project.
• Connect market-data (Intelligence) providers to enrich SEO and competitor insights.
• Set up a Discord webhook to receive notifications from Tuurbo AI in a channel of your choice.
• Disconnect or reconnect any of these at any time from the Connettori / Connectors page.

Google Workspace connectors

Note: these are separate from the Google Search Console and Google Analytics integrations used for traffic and performance data (managed from the Knowledge page). Google Workspace connectors are for productivity tasks, and you can link more than one Google account to the same project if different tools should use different accounts.

Market-data (Intelligence) connectors

Tuurbo AI can also connect to specialized providers of SEO, competitor and market intelligence data, including:

These feed richer market and competitor insight into your automations and AI Consultant conversations once connected.

Discord webhook

You can connect a Discord webhook so that Tuurbo AI can post notifications (for example, about automation results) directly into a Discord channel your team monitors.

Step by step: connecting a Google Workspace app

1. Open Connettori / Connectors from the side menu and go to the Productivity category.
2. Click the card for the app you want (for example, Google Sheets).
3. Click the connect button; you'll be sent to Google's sign-in and permission screen.
4. Sign in with the Google account you want to use and approve access.
5. You'll return to Tuurbo AI automatically, and the card will show "Connected".
6. Repeat for any additional Google Workspace apps or accounts you need; each is managed independently.

Step by step: connecting a market-data (Intelligence) provider

1. Open Connettori / Connectors and find the provider under the Intelligence category.
2. Click the connect button on its card.
3. Enter the API key or credentials requested by that provider (obtained from your account with them).
4. Confirm; the card will switch to "Connected" once the credentials are validated.

Step by step: setting up the Discord webhook

1. Open Connettori / Connectors and find the Discord card.
2. Click to open the webhook configuration dialog.
3. Paste the webhook URL generated from your Discord server's channel settings.
4. Save; Tuurbo AI will start sending notifications to that channel.

Tips

• Use a dedicated Google account for automations if you want a clear audit trail of documents and emails created by Tuurbo AI.
• Connect only the market-data providers you actually subscribe to; each one requires its own valid API key from that provider.
• Test the Discord webhook with a low-risk automation first to confirm messages arrive in the right channel.
