Accessibility Statement
Fill in the guided form to generate and publish your website's legal Accessibility Statement.
What is the Accessibility Statement
The Accessibility Statement is a legal document that many websites and businesses are required to publish, describing the accessibility of both the digital site and, where relevant, physical locations. Tuurbo AI provides a guided form that collects the information needed and generates this statement for you, ready to publish.
What you can do
- Fill in your company details.
- Describe the accessibility of your physical premises, if applicable.
- Provide a contact person for accessibility requests.
- Preview the generated statement before publishing.
- Publish the statement so it is available on your website.
Filling in the form
- Open Accessibility, then switch to the Statement tab.
- Company details: enter your company name, address, street number, postal code (CAP), city, and country.
- Infrastructure details: describe the accessibility of your physical location, including:
- Floor (Piano)
- Whether there is an accessible elevator (yes/no)
- Whether there is a wide door (yes/no)
- Whether reserved parking spaces are available (yes/no)
- Whether accessible restrooms are available (yes/no)
- Contact person: provide the name and phone number of a reference person for accessibility requests.
- Preview: review the automatically generated statement based on the information you entered.
- Publish: save and publish the statement, typically made available on a dedicated page of your website.
If a physical location question does not apply to your business (for example if you operate only online), select the option that best reflects your situation; consult local guidance if you are unsure how a question applies to you.

Tips
- Keep the contact details up to date, since this is the point of contact for accessibility-related questions or complaints.
- Review the preview carefully before publishing, since this becomes a public legal document.
- If your business has multiple physical locations, check whether you need a separate statement for each one.
Limits and things to know
- The exact legal requirements for an Accessibility Statement can vary by country and industry; the form collects the common information needed but you remain responsible for confirming what your local regulations require.
- The statement covers both your website and, where applicable, your physical premises.
Common problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| I am not sure how to answer an infrastructure question | Answer based on your actual physical premises; if a question does not apply (for example no physical location), choose the option that best represents your case. |
| The published statement is not visible on my site | Confirm you completed the publish step and that your site installation is active. |
| I need to update information later | Return to the Statement tab, edit the fields, and publish again to update the live version. |
