Tuurbo AI

Dashboard

Your analytics home: traffic KPIs, credits/trial banner, AI answer engine sessions and quick actions.

What the Dashboard is for

The Dashboard is the first page you land on after selecting a website in Tuurbo AI. It is a read-only analytics home: it does not spend any AI credit on its own, it simply shows you what is happening on your site and gives you quick access to the other areas of the product.

What you can do

  • Check your traffic performance (clicks, impressions, average position, CTR, sessions, average session duration, bounce rate) at a glance.
  • See how many sessions come from AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overview and Claude.
  • Monitor your remaining AI credits and manage your trial period.
  • Jump directly into Ecommerce, SEO & GEO, Performance or Accessibility from the welcome banner.
  • Start a new conversation with the AI Consultant.
  • Verify that the Tuurbo installation script is active on your site.

Step-by-step: reading your Dashboard

  1. From Workspaces, open a workspace and click on a website. You land automatically on the Dashboard.
  2. The page loads the default period (last 30 days) as soon as it opens.
  3. Use the date range selector to change the period: choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year, or pick two custom dates on the calendar.
  4. Scroll through the KPI cards: each one shows a small trend chart and a percentage change badge (green only when the metric improved).
  5. Check the keyword distribution table, grouped by position range (Top 3, 4-10, 11-20, 21-50, 51-100, +100), and the Top countries list.
  6. Look at the AI answer engine tiles to see how many sessions originated from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overview or Claude.
  7. If you want to talk to your AI Consultant, click the new chat card.
  8. If you see the installation panel, follow its instructions to confirm your site script is correctly installed.

The welcome banner

At the top of the page you will find a rotating banner with five slides, one for each major area of the product: Ecommerce, Product detail, SEO & GEO, Performance and Accessibility. Each slide changes automatically every few seconds, but pauses when you hover over it with your mouse. Click any slide's button to be taken straight to that section. If you close the banner, it stays closed for your next visits.

The credits and trial banner

Near the top of the Dashboard you will also find a banner dedicated to your AI credits:

  • A progress bar shows how many credits you have used out of your total allowance.
  • Hover over it for a tooltip with the exact numbers (total, used, remaining).
  • If your account has unlimited credits, you will see an infinity icon instead of a bar.
  • Click Upgrade to open the credit purchase options.
  • If you are in a trial period, you can end it manually; the app will ask you to confirm before finalizing this action.

Note: the Dashboard itself never consumes AI credits. Credits are only spent when you actually generate content, run automations, or chat with the AI Consultant.

Options and settings

The Dashboard has very few settings of its own:

Date rangeChosen freely each visit, not saved between sessions

Tips

  • If your KPI cards show empty states or skeleton placeholders, it usually means Google Search Console or Google Analytics are not connected yet. Go to Knowledge to connect them.
  • Use the Last year view for a broader perspective when reviewing seasonal trends.
  • Check the AI answer engine tiles regularly: this is one of the fastest ways to see whether your GEO/AEO work is paying off.

Common problems

The charts are empty or show a loading skeleton. This normally means Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics are not connected. Head to Knowledge to connect them; data will start populating once the connection is active.

The credits banner shows a timeout message when ending a trial. This is not a blocking error: it means the system is still finalizing the change. Wait a few seconds and refresh; if the trial state has not updated, try again or contact support.

The checkout window does not open when clicking Upgrade. Try again after a few seconds. If the problem persists, contact support so they can check your billing setup.

The installation panel keeps saying the script is not detected. Double-check that the installation snippet is correctly placed on your site, then use the panel's verification action again.
