Tuurbo AI

Your first project

The guided path from the site creation wizard to your first active automation.

From zero to your first result

A "project" in Tuurbo AI is simply a website connected and configured inside your workspace. This page describes the full guided path: from creating the site to seeing your first AI-powered result, such as a generated product description or an approved SEO change.

What you can do

  • Create a new site through the guided wizard.
  • Tell Tuurbo AI about your goals so it can tailor its suggestions.
  • Connect your store platform or import your catalog.
  • Add Knowledge content to improve AI answers.
  • Choose a plan and complete billing.
  • Install the tracking script or plugin.
  • Run and approve your first AI automation.

Step-by-step: the New site wizard

  1. From your workspace, choose to add a new site and enter its basic details (name, domain).
  2. Goal: tell Tuurbo AI what you mainly want to achieve (for example, more sales, better visibility, or improved site performance). This helps tailor the recommendations you will see later.
  3. Profiling: answer a few quick questions about your business and your site so Tuurbo AI can personalize its suggestions from day one.
  4. Brand: enter your brand name, tone of voice and any identity details that should guide AI-generated content.
  5. Connect your store or import a catalog: connect a supported platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Wix, and others) via the guided connection flow, or import your product catalog from a CSV file if you prefer not to connect a live platform yet.
  6. Knowledge: optionally upload documents such as brand guidelines, product sheets, FAQs or market research; this step can be skipped and completed later from the Knowledge area.
  7. Optimizations: choose which optimization areas you are interested in (for example SEO, performance, accessibility) to help Tuurbo AI prioritize suggestions.
  8. Plan: choose the plan that fits your needs; a trial period may be available.
  9. Billing: enter your payment details.
  10. Installation: install the tracking script or plugin on your site, following the on-screen instructions for your platform. Tuurbo AI verifies the installation and confirms once it detects it correctly.

You can pause the wizard and come back later for most steps; connectors, Knowledge and optimizations can also be completed after your site is already active, from their dedicated areas.

Step-by-step: from setup to your first automation

  1. Once the wizard is complete, you land on the Dashboard of your new site.
  2. Open Chat AI and ask the AI Consultant a question about your site, or ask it to suggest an improvement; it can propose an automation for you to review.
  3. Alternatively, go to Ecommerce and generate AI content (a description, an image, or an attribute) for one of your products.
  4. Review the generated result. Nothing is published automatically: you decide whether to accept, edit or discard it.
  5. Approve the change. Depending on the area, this might publish a product update or a SEO change.
  6. Check the Dashboard again after a few days to see how the change is reflected in your metrics.

Tips

  • Filling in the Brand and Knowledge steps well pays off across the whole product: the AI Consultant, product content generation, and SEO suggestions all rely on this context.
  • If you are not ready to connect a live store platform, importing a CSV catalog lets you start testing content generation right away.
  • You do not need to enable every optimization area at once; you can turn on SEO, Performance or Accessibility features gradually as you get comfortable.

Common problems

The connection to my store platform fails. Double-check the credentials or authorization you granted during the OAuth or plugin setup, and make sure your store platform account has the necessary permissions. See Connecting a CMS/ecommerce platform for platform-specific steps.

I skipped Knowledge, is that a problem? No, Knowledge is optional. You can add documents at any time from the Knowledge area, and the AI Consultant and other tools will use them as soon as they are uploaded.

My first generated content does not sound like my brand. Go back to Settings or Knowledge and refine your brand and tone-of-voice information, then try generating again.
