Finding your way around

Tuurbo AI uses a single side menu to move between the areas of your project. This page explains what each menu item does and when to use it, so you can navigate confidently from your first day.

What you can do

  • Understand what each side menu item is for.
  • Recognize the "beta" badge and know what it means.
  • Switch between workspaces and websites.
  • Know where to go for a specific task.

The side menu, item by item

Chat AITalk to the AI Consultant to ask questions and get proposals for automations, campaigns, tables and charts.

ConnectorsBrowse and connect your store platform, Google Workspace apps, and other integrations.

Menu items with a small "beta" test-tube badge are newer features that are still being refined. They are safe to use, but you may occasionally see behavior that changes as we improve them; hovering over the badge shows a short note about this.

Step-by-step: moving around Tuurbo AI

  1. Use the workspace selector to switch between different teams or organizations you belong to.
  2. Use the website selector to switch between the different sites managed inside the current workspace.
  3. Click any item in the side menu to open that area for the currently selected website.
  4. Within an area, use tabs, filters, or date range pickers (where available) to narrow down what you see.
  5. Return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking it in the menu; it always shows the currently selected website.

Tips

  • If a menu item seems to be missing, check that you have the right permissions for your role, or that the corresponding feature is included in your current plan.
  • The AI Chat menu item only appears for sites where the AI Consultant has been enabled.
  • Bookmark the direct link to a page you use often (like a specific website's Dashboard) to skip the selectors next time.

Common problems

I switched website but the page still shows old data. Give the page a moment to reload the new website's data; if it does not refresh, try navigating to the Dashboard again from the menu.

I do not see the Connectors or Ecommerce menu items. These areas may be hidden or limited based on your plan or your role in the workspace. Check with your workspace administrator or see How plan-based feature gating works.

I cannot find a setting I used before. Settings has been reorganized into project-level and account-level sections; see Settings overview for the current map.

Keyboard and layout notes

The side menu stays visible as you move between areas, so you always know where you are inside your project. On smaller screens, the menu can collapse into an icon-only view; hover or tap an icon to see its label. The workspace and website selectors remain accessible from the top of the layout regardless of which area you are viewing, so switching context never requires going back to the Dashboard first.
