Tuurbo AI

Connectors overview

How the Tuurbo AI connector store works: categories, search, connection status and the actions each connector unlocks.

What connectors are for

Connectors are the bridges between Tuurbo AI and the tools you already use: your online store, your Google apps, your market-data providers, and more. Once a connector is linked, Tuurbo AI can read information from that platform and, when you approve an automation, write changes back to it. Nothing is ever changed on a connected platform without your explicit approval.

You manage connectors from the Connectors page in the side menu (it carries a "beta" badge), and the same list is also available inside Settings.

What you can do

  • Browse every available connector, organized by category.
  • Search for a specific tool or platform by name.
  • See at a glance whether a connector is connected, not connected, or "Coming soon".
  • Open a connector's detail page to see the actions your AI Consultant can perform once it is linked.
  • Connect, reconfigure, or disconnect a connector at any time.

Categories in the store

The connector store groups everything into clear categories so you can find what you need quickly:

CategoryWhat you'll find there
CMS / EcommerceShopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, WordPress, Wix, and more

Step by step: finding and reviewing a connector

  1. Open Connettori (IT) / Connectors (EN) from the side menu.
  2. Use the category sidebar to jump to a group, or type in the search box to find a specific name.
  3. Look at each card: it shows the logo, the name, a short description, and its current status.
  4. If a card shows "Coming soon", that connector is not available yet; you cannot connect it.
  5. Click a card to open its detail page and see:
    • Whether it is currently connected.
    • The list of actions your AI Consultant can carry out once it is linked (for example, updating product descriptions or reading marketing data).
  6. From the detail page, click the connect button to start the setup flow for that specific tool, or the disconnect option if it is already linked.

Understanding connection status

  • Connected: the platform is linked and Tuurbo AI can read (and, once approved, write) data from it.
  • Not connected: the connector is available but not yet set up.
  • Coming soon: the connector is planned but not usable yet in your account.

Note: connecting a tool does not use any AI credits by itself. Credits are only used when the AI actually generates content or performs an action (for example, writing a product description).

Where connectors show up elsewhere

  • In your AI Consultant chat, only the actions from the connectors you have linked are available. If the assistant needs a connector you haven't set up yet, it will show you a prompt asking to connect it.
  • The Dashboard and other sections read data from connected platforms (for example, Google Search Console and Google Analytics feed the traffic charts).

Tips

  • Start with the connector for your online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and your Google Search Console/Analytics accounts; these unlock the most functionality across the product.
  • You can connect several Google Workspace accounts to the same project if your team uses more than one.
  • If you're not sure which connector you need, open the AI Consultant chat and ask; it will guide you and can request the right connector for you.

Common problems

ProblemWhat to check
A connector I need shows "Coming soon"It isn't available yet; keep an eye on future updates or contact support for a timeline.
I don't see actions unlocked after connectingReopen the connector's detail page; some actions only appear after the first data sync completes.
I can't find a connector in the listTry the search box with a different keyword, or check another category; some tools are grouped in less obvious categories (for example, CRM tools may sit outside "CMS / Ecommerce").
