Tuurbo AI

Subscription & trial

Manage your subscription status, understand your trial period, and access billing management through the Customer Portal.

What this page covers

Your subscription status determines whether your website has access to AI credits, automations, and other paid features. Tuurbo AI also offers a trial period so you can test the product before committing to a paid plan.

What you can do

  • Check your subscription status at a glance from Settings.
  • See when your subscription renews, or when your trial or cancellation takes effect.
  • Manage your payment method, invoices and plan through the secure Customer Portal.
  • End your trial early if you want to move to a paid plan sooner.

Subscription statuses

StatusLabelMeaning
ActiveAttivoYour subscription is active and in good standing
TrialingIn provaYou are currently in the trial period
CanceledAnnullatoYour subscription has been cancelled
Past dueScaduto / Pagamento in ritardoA payment did not go through and needs attention

You can find this status in Settings, in the Abbonamento ("Subscription") section, along with your price, billing period, and either your renewal date, trial end date, or cancellation date, depending on your status.

Step-by-step: checking your subscription

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open the Abbonamento ("Subscription") section.
  3. Review your current status, price and next important date (renewal, trial end, or cancellation).
  4. Click Gestisci ("Manage") to open the Customer Portal in a new tab, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or change your plan.

If you have no active subscription, this section will show a message indicating that no subscription is currently associated with your account.

Managing your trial

  1. While your website is in trial, the credits banner on the Dashboard shows a Termina trial ("End trial") button.
  2. Click it if you want to end the trial early, for example to move straight to a paid plan.
  3. A confirmation window appears asking you to confirm the action, since it cannot be undone.
  4. After confirming, Tuurbo AI processes the change and checks the updated status for a few seconds.
  5. You will see a success message once the trial has ended. If the update takes a bit longer than expected, a message will let you know it may need a little more time; this is not an error, just a brief delay.

Tips

  • Use the trial period to explore the areas most relevant to your business (Ecommerce, SEO & GEO, Performance, Accessibility) before deciding on a plan.
  • Keep your payment method up to date in the Customer Portal to avoid a "Past due" status interrupting your access.
  • If your subscription shows "Past due", update your payment details promptly through the Customer Portal to restore full access.

Common problems

  • Ending my trial did not seem to work immediately: this is expected in some cases; the system may need a few seconds to update. If the status still shows "In prova" after a while, try refreshing the page or contact support.
  • I clicked "Manage" and nothing happened: this can happen if your browser blocked a pop-up window; check your browser's pop-up settings and try again.
  • My subscription shows "Past due": this means a recent payment failed; open the Customer Portal to update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid losing access to paid features.
  • I don't see the subscription section at all: this section may be hidden for certain account types.
